We’re so excited to be part of your yoga journey! 
Program Details:
  • 3 Month Membership Included: (3 Months During Teacher Training) that Can Start at sign up and continue through teacher training.
  • Required Books Include: Jivamukti Yoga by Sharon Gannon & David Life, Light on Yoga by B.K.S. Iyengar, Ashtanga by David Swenson, Light on Yoga Ivengar, Yoga Sutras by Swamisatchinanda and Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself by Dr. Joe Dispenza.
  • Some Classes are available via Zoom: It will Be Outlined in Our schedule (schedule – add new link)
  • Join Our WhatsApp Group: This will be our main form of communication (will send when training starts or orientation)
  • Class Make-ups: You can only miss 1 weekend of Training. Let Britt & Allie know in advanced & schedule a make-up session outside of class with Britt.
  • Preparation: Show Up on Time and with Notebook/Books
  • Practice & Observation Hours: Complete your observation & practice hours by End of the program
  • Mid Term & Final Exam: Complete Dharma Talk/Book Report, Take Mid Term & Final
