Andrew Linton’s 300-hour yoga teacher training was a transformative experience that deepened both my understanding and practice of yoga. His curriculum expertly balanced the history and philosophy of yoga with practical teaching techniques, making complex concepts accessible and (re)igniting my desire for further study. Andrew created a supportive environment that encouraged exploration and self-discovery. Weekly self-practices under his guidance were crucial; they not only enhanced my personal practice but also boosted my confidence as a teacher. Andrew’s precise use of language and his physical adjustments coalesced into clear, understandable instructions to approach complex asanas (ones that I never could before). I now can confidently pass these instructions on to my students. This training has had a profound impact on my professional abilities and personal yoga journey, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to advance their practice and teaching skills.

My 300-hour yoga teacher training with Andrew Linton was both intellectually enriching and deeply transformative.
Andrew’s calm presence and meticulous guidance created space for real growth—mind, body, and soul. He has a gift for making complex ideas clear and applicable to everyday life. This training deepened my connection to yoga’s rich history, philosophy, and energetic practices, teaching me to move with intention and live with flow. By the end, I felt truly equipped to teach with authenticity and share yoga from the heart.

I originally joined Andrew Linton’s 300-hour training to deepen my personal practice, not to become a better teacher. But I ended up walking away with both. Through the training, I learned how poses truly feel in the body—not just how they look—which changed the way I move and the way I teach. I became more confident in giving hands-on assists, more grounded in how I hold space, and more connected to the essence of the practice itself. Andrew has a rare way of tuning into each person’s journey. He doesn’t just teach; he helps you evolve. This training deepened my relationship with yoga in ways I can’t fully put into words—and made me a more embodied, intentional teacher because of it. I can’t recommend Andrew and his training enough.
