Jennifer Haase

Hi! My name is Jennifer and it shouldn’t come as a surprise that I’ve always felt drawn to the practice of yoga. I grew up playing other sports and had a love for weightlifting in high school, but I felt called to yoga for its ability to unify spirit, body, and mind in a graceful practice… and my body thanked me for it! My journey picked up after I had wrist surgery in 2024 and I was able to practice regularly with a new respect and appreciation for my body. In my classes, I aim for more than a physical practice and challenge you to be comfortably uncomfortable, settle into your edge, and tune into your body and mind in a class that harmonizes asanas and breath. Off the mat, I’m a student at LSU with a passion for freshwater ecology, conservation, and the outdoors. I love to cuddle with my cat, spend time with friends and family, and be in nature. I hope to see you on the mat and wherever you are right now, take a deep breath… Namaste!
